when my feet touch down
and dust in armfuls spread
like orange sunset
when heat permeates my bones
forcing my chin up
and spine to spark and spin
when my tongue alights on pepper
and my neck twists to engage
when my heart breaks free
to meet the wind
when my words match the angels song
that swirl in echo blue
when elastic skin is rolling under seraphim palms
and my hair is taken up in a cosmic fist
when paint streams from fingertips and soul spreads like water across this land
when lips soft envelop a new dawn in a birth of existential madness
I become
a melody of perfume
a tidal song,
a hot wet bed of divine
I am
my own supplicant
consumed by beautiful disorder
This is exactly how i feel right now. How do I repost this over to amoral.com? Other people repost my stuff all the time. Don’t know how. This is great.

You speak the crazy unspeakable with a deep understanding silvery one. This poem for me expresses the pure joy of being, which is incredibly powerful and infectious! You are a magical poet (aka conduit for the cosmic dance)xShine onx

What I like the most about this poem is how you build expectancy so well at first and you don’t deceive when you deliver those lines of “I become” and “I am”.
Love this poem a lot!

I don’t think you’ve ever been anything BUT all of these things. But, then…I am pretty sure that if I met you, I would actually be able to see the magic dripping off of you. Silver pools at your feet.
Echo blue and seraphim palms *shakinghead* Perfect.

I probably give off a more magical aura through the ether than in real life! you’re so beautiful! Thankyou though..I love the thought of silver pools at my feet, I might use it in a visualisation…it will help me create !

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it’s pooling at your feet right now and you don’t know it.

Also, there are times when I read something so good that it just stops me in my tracks. I call it “the anti-inspiration” because I feel temporarily unable to write a single word. The perfect thing has already been written and I don’t want to spoil it by delving into my own mind…would much prefer to wander in someone else’s. You have done this to me twice this week. 😉

ahhh you! well I know that feeling…I am forced to absorb rather than respond or in some cases to even relate! It is amazing…when I was a teenager I thought it meant I wanted to be a rock star (if it was music that did it) or a writer (if it was a story) now I know it is ‘just’ life’s energy looking for the path of least resistance through my emotional body ….

I like that way of describing it. The path of least resistance.
