Springing like carbonated pulp
my insides are making
slow circles
outward,
silver and pink…..
is this The BIG Bang?
YES
THIS is what I want!
My wishes are butterscotch gold
present inside
like little pots
of
glitter
dust
and space.
I AM The Star M A N
waiting in the sky,
they told us not to blow it ’cause they know its all worthwhile………he told me,
Let the children lose it
Let the children use it
Let all the children boogie!!
love your poems specially this one 🙂

This is why I believe in the concept of universes within universes. A mother carries a whole, separate human being inside of her for 9 months…and then births it. If you think of each person as his/her own universe, then we were, all of us, big bangs once.
I so love this, and that? Is a beautiful child. 🙂

I love how I saw the title before reading the poem and immediately had David Bowie’s song stuck in my head. And then. . . there it was. 🙂
