Does art trigger emotions in you?
My body can react quite strongly both negatively and positively to a piece of art. And as an emotional intelligence educator and an artist
I am very curious to understand this more deeply.

As an empath I feel so much emotion for art. I feel the artists mood when they began their creation, I feel how tirelessly they worked on their masterpiece. And I feel the message or emotion they wanted to covey with a flick of their brush, stroke of their hand, or tear that they shed while giving their all to their art.
